WHMIS (Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System)<\/strong> is an essential system designed to ensure the health and safety of workers exposed to hazardous products. It clearly communicates the risks associated with these products through standardized tools such as labels, pictograms, and safety data sheets (SDS).<\/p>\n

The goal of WHMIS training is to enable workers to recognize hazards, understand the information provided, and take appropriate preventive measures when handling, storing, and using hazardous products. It thus helps reduce the risk of accidents, exposures, and incidents in the workplace.<\/p>\n

In accordance with current regulations, employers are responsible for ensuring that their workers are adequately trained and informed about hazardous products present in their work environment. Effective WHMIS training promotes a better understanding of risks and supports the development of a sustainable culture of prevention within the company.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
