Office Ergonomics: A Challenge for the Modern Age | 2h

2-Hour Training Course

The human body needs to be constantly on the move, and is not designed to sit statically. Computer work is increasingly present in our society, both at work and at home. What’s more, the increase in teleworking brings with it many challenges for companies, not least in terms of home office ergonomics.

Non-ergonomic work positions, in combination with a number of other risk factors, can lead to musculoskeletal disorders over time. This training identifies the risks associated with poor work positioning and teaches preventive measures to be adopted both in the office and at home.
