Fall Protection Training

7-hour training courses

The risk of falling from heights is at the heart of the CNESST’s construction action plan and Hydro-Québec’s rigorous OHS program. Every day, two workers are injured as a result of a fall from height. This training was custom-made for construction workers and aims to teach safe methods for wearing a safety harness and various fall protection accessories. In addition, methods for inspecting the fall protection harness and practical demonstrations are the focus of this training.

Training Objectives

  4. Know the techniques for adjusting the safety harness
