Confined Space Training

7-hour training courses

The hazards and risks inherent to confined space work are often unknown to workers assigned to this activity. This theoretical and participative training teaches the various hazards related to work in confined spaces as well as the related control measures, the appropriate work methods and the legal requirements. In addition, this training is adapted and updated according to the new modifications to the RROHS that will be implemented in 2022.

Training Objectives

  1. Be able to recognize a confined space
  2. Prevent work accidents and incidents
  3. Inform the participants on the different dangers related to work in confined spaces
  4. Define the equipment needed to work in a confined space
  5. Target the behaviors to adopt and lead participants to develop a preventive attitude when working in a confined space

Duration of the Course

About 7 hours.

Construction workers, project managers, civil engineering technicians or any other person likely to work on projects where confined space work will be performed.
